January 2012   I recently purchased a townhouse through Catharine.  When I first called Catharine, she was very eager to be of assistance to me.  I am a first time home buyer and she went out of her way to make sure that I was finding what I was looking for and she explained very clearly every step of the way and what to expect.  She took the uncertainty out of purchasing my first home.  There was never any pressure on her part but instead always making sure that I was in the end making the decision.  She took the time to check in with me to make sure I was on track with paperwork and to see if I had any questions.  it has been a pleasure working with her and would definitley recommend her to anybody.  You will not regret calling her for your next home purchase or sale.  I think it says a lot when you recognize more than 2 people who have written testimonials on her website.  I don't think that she has ever had a disappointed client.  Marinus VanBrugge, Chilliwack, BC
